For this project for PNC, I was the Design Strategist, leading multiple teams of UX/UI designers and writers for transforming business processes and developing a new loan origination platform.
Large-scale design strategy and delivery projects such as this one for a large enterprise financial client who is known for hefty process weight in their home mortgage LOB definitely requires telling a story first. This Vision Book explained to the client not just how to make a more streamlined user experience for their employees but also to lean out processes and transform their business.
